School Feedback provides students, parents, caregivers, staff members, and community members with a direct way to share questions, suggestions, concerns, and compliments with River City Science Academy.
Campus-related concerns should first be directed to the appropriate teacher or campus principal whenever possible. Submissions sent through this page will be routed to the appropriate RCSA campus, department, or district team for review.

School Feedback should not be used for emergencies. Contact the appropriate campus directly for urgent campus matters. Call 911 for immediate emergencies.

What Happens After You Submit?

The responsible team evaluates the message and determines the appropriate next steps. - Response When Requested
When contact information is provided and a response is requested, RCSA may follow up by email or phone. - Resolution and Documentation
Feedback may be documented and used to support communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
School Feedback is intended for communication and follow-up. It is not a substitute for emergency services, face-to-face meetings, formal grievance procedures, or immediate campus safety reporting.
